    • First apply a clear base coat to help your nail colour last longer.
    • With one sweep, paint the first line of nail polish starting from the base to the tip.
    • Then apply colour to the rest of the nail.
    • Add a layer of top coat to protect the newly-applied colour.

Nothing spectacular

Got this in Baby Love and it was sooooooo sheer! It applies considerably smooth without streaking so I'm happy with that. Tried two coats on my left and one on my right but there wasn't any noticeable difference to be honest. Topped it off with my seche vite top coat and had it on for about 6 days before it started chipping away. It is rather pricey and I'm not sure if I would purchase other nail colours from deborah lippmann in the future.

Baby Love

Baby Love, indeed! At first, I was surprised and a bit disappointed because of the consistency. It was watery. Not what I was expecting given the price point. However, when I applied it on my nails, I found that the lasting power of this nail polish is amazing! Plus, I do love the color. If you're into just a light nudey-pink polish, you will like this.

Not a great product.

Applies too sheer. Requires multiple coats. Still looks patchy sometimes. There are better alternatives out there.

Baby Love, I Love

The colour is pretty sheer with just one coat, so if I'm wearing this alone I'll layer on 2-3 coats. This is also great to use as a base for any glitter polishes - I've tried it with the Mermaid's Dream one, so pretty! Plus point: it's 3-free!

Baby Love

this polish is definitely a splurge but totally loving the pale pink colour! i prefer doing french manicures with a pale pink base as compared to a clear base so this will work perfectly for that! definitely going to use this sparingly though because it is not that cheap!

Love it!

It turns out to be lighter shade than I imagined, but still! I love this cute, subtle, yet shiny baby pink color I usually apply two times and seal it with a top coat, it leaves a very nice shine to my nails, which I really love. It guess it's the so called your nails but better color.

More nude than baby pink

It looks like a baby pink in the picture but the colour leans towards nude-apricot. I was missing the pink hue when looking at my nails even though I have a fair skin tone. The formula is thin and a little streaky for this shade. I needed at least three applications on each nail. However, it doesn't smell as strong as some of the other brands which is great for sensitive noses. The brush is too skinny for my liking. The packaging is gorgeous with the classic Lippmann bottle shape.

A

I really liked the texture of this polish, but this is expected of any Deborah Lippmann polishes. Good wear too, lasts four days with no chipping. Even afterwards, it was only minor tip wear, especially on the pointer fingers. One thing though, this shade is not entirely neutral. While it can look beautiful on those with really fair or even pale skin, on people with tanner skin, it can make your fingers/hand look tanner than it is (exactly the opposite effect of someone wearing a really dark shade). But otherwise, no complaints!

pretty!!

this is really sheer and good at two coats to give you a french manicure! i honestly don't know how it does that but it make the tips look white! overall i think this color is so dainty and pretty.. suitable for anytime wear!

Love it's feminine colour

I bought this and smile sarah and found this to be more user-friendly than the latter. Baby love is easy to put on and gives off a nice pinkish tinge. While smile sarah is harder to put on (especially for a klutz like me). You don't get ugly looking streaks on your nails. Love it!
