Pretty but Not Practical

I was so in love with the whole concept; hearts in a transparent bottle, how cute and pretty is that?! Sadly, application proved to be a pain..I have to keep reapplying multiple layers to get the hearts out as only 1-3 came off from the brush and my manicure became clumpy. I got fed up with applying it on my own and brought it to my manicurist for SOS. She was telling me, Why Bother Buying This? Total waste of your money when you can get it in loose form from professional nail supply shops. Since then, this bottle has been sitting in my cabinet, untouched. No hearts for this purchase.

I am always raving about NCLA's polishes but the range for the heart polishes does not seem to live up to the NCLA name. It's rather hard to apply and the clear polish bubbles up a lot. The hearts are hard to pick up, and even harder to spread on the nail.

the heart attack you wil enjoy!!

this is my first time using NCLA polish, and this polish is really good. its expensive, yaa.. but its worth it.. this one is limited edition from valentines 2014 and luxola brings it to india around a great time. the hearts are supercute. enchances any base color look . I put a bit of this on a foil and apply the hearts where i want with a tweezer and then smooth it with topcoat. If you just dip your brush and polish, some of the hearts can stick together making them thick on the nail and thus not lying flat which can be a pain unless you're prepared to use several layers of thick topcoat to get a super smooth finish. overall amazing .. must have !!!
